UK shipping: all items are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

International shipping: all items are posted using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Returns

All garments are handmade by Lily Picchioni in the UK and many are 1 of 1 or part of a limited quantity collection, therefore, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be offered.

custom orders

For custom orders please allow 3-4 weeks for manufacture. Confirmation of postage and tracking information will be provided as soon as your garment is ready.
